This “Landlord Agreement for Electric Service” (“Agreement”) is used to confirm the wishes of the property owner for the delivery of electric service and to confirm the named person(s) as renter, lessee, tenant or occupant (collectively herinafter “Occupant”) is authorized to receive electric service at the property address described below.
