 如政府有關部門/大廈管理公司/消防署/業主立案法團或有關機構於成交日或之前發出維修或翻新有關大廈的書面繳款 通知，業主須支付有關維修或翻新工程所涉及的費用，如有關書面繳款通知於成交日後發出，有關費用則由買方負責。 Should the government department concerned/management office of the building/Fire Services Department/owners’ corporation or any related corporation publishes any formal payment notice of the maintenance or refurbishment of the building on or before the completion date, the vendor has to pay for the fee involved. If the formal payment notice is published after the completion date, the purchaser has to pay for the fee.
