This Non-Disclosure and Intellectual Property Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") by and between ____________________________residing at___________________________________________ (hereinafter_________) and William Perrizo, 1341 5th Ave. S., Fargo, ND 58103 (“Perrizo”), is entered into to provide for the confidentiality, protection and handling of Proprietary Information related to data mining algorithms, sample data, lectures, and other such related information for the purpose of publication, theses, development and markets for data mining software (“Purpose”) without the expressed consent of Perrizo.
