THIS PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on this day of December, 2015 by and between Catherine Anderson, a single person, of the post office address of 1608 N 18th Street, Bismarck ND 2865 (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Seller”) and Bismarck Public School District of the post office address of 400 East Avenue E, Bismarck ND 58501 (Buyer’s Address), (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Buyer”).
