This agreement shall be in effect from the date of signing and shall continue in full force and effect until March and from year to year thereafter unless notice of intent to negotiate amendments or modifications is given in writing, by either party, not less than sixty (60) days and not more than and twenty (120) days preceding the expiration of this Collective Agreement.
