corporate and politic organized under the laws of Missouri and the ordinances of the City of Kansas City, Missouri (the “Authority”), 900 BROADWAY KC LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (the “Land Developer”), and 900 BROADWAY KC DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (“900 Broadway Dev. Co.”), OAK HOLDINGS, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (“Oak Holdings”), and REMSK, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company (“REMSK”), as tenants-in-common with undivided percentage interests listed on Exhibit B. 900 Broadway Dev. Co., Oak Holdings and REMSK are collectively and jointly and severally referred to herein as the “Redeveloper.” Land Developer and Redeveloper are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “Redeveloper Parties.”
