Detecto warrants this product, to the original purchaser, to be free of defective materials and workmanship and agrees for a period of one year from the date of purchase, in case of such defective product, to repair any defect and, at our discretion, to furnish an equivalent refurbished product in exchange, upon delivery of the defective product, in a matter herein set forth.
