General 1.1 In these Terms the following expressions will have the following meaning:“Agreement” means any agreement (written) between Corbion and Customer concerning the sale and delivery of the Goods.“Corbion” means Purac Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V., acting under the trade name Corbion, with its registered offices at Calle Cadiz 83, Col.
