This Interlocal Agreement, herein referred to as "Agreement", made and entered into this 1st of July, 2022, by and between the Washoe County School District, herein referred to as DISTRICT, and the Board of Regents of the Nevada System of Higher Education, on behalf of Truckee Meadows Community College, herein referred to as TMCC, provides for the administration and operation of the TMCC High School Program, located at 7000 Dandini Blvd., Reno, Nevada, owned and operated by TMCC, as well as use of certain facilities owned and operated by the DISTRICT.
