THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT (“Amendment”) is entered into by and between ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, on behalf of its Citizens’ Commission for Children Division (the “County” or “Grantor”), and the CENTRAL FLORIDA YOUNG MEN’S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION, INC. (the “YMCA” or “Grantee”). The Grantor and Grantee may be referred to individually as “party” or collectively as “parties.” The parties hereby mutually agree to alter the terms of Contract No. Y19-2103 (the “Contract”) in response to COVID- 19 to change the services provided by the Grantee under the Contract as they relate to the locations where services may be provided, expanding some services to elementary school students, and authorizing the provision of virtual sessions. Additions to the Contract are indicated in this Amendment with an underline and deletions are indicated with a strikethrough. The Contract is hereby amended as follows:
