Buyer and Seller are sometimes hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Party”. WHEREAS: A. The Seller is Nova Furniture Limited in BVI, a company incorporated in British Virgin Islands (“NOVA BVI”); and B. NOVA BVI is the sole owner and shareholder of Nova Furniture (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. in China (“Nova Dongguan”), and Nova Dongguan owns 100% of Nova Dongguan Chinese Style Furniture
