THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is between ABT Auto Finance LLC d/b/a ABT Keystone Auto Lending, a Florida limited liability company, 140 Intracoastal Pointe Drive, Suite 212, Jupiter, Florida 33477, and any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors or assigns (“ABT Keystone”) and the auto dealership whose name and address are set forth on the last page of this Agreement (“Dealer”) and is dated and effective as of the date set forth under ABT Keystone’s signature below. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which ABT Keystone will purchase Contracts (as defined below) from Dealer, and the rights and obligations of Dealer and ABT Keystone regarding those Contracts. In consideration of the mutual promises and agreements contained herein, ABT Keystone and Dealer agree as follows:
