BY THIS DESIGN SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) and for the Basic Services Amount set forth below, and subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Attachments referenced below (which Attachments are incorporated by reference as though fully set forth), (i) Encompass Studio, LLC (“Design Professional”), agrees to perform those Basic Services generally described in Attachment 1 and more specifically described and identified in Attachment 2, as well as any Optional Services that may be required or that Client may request (the “Work” or “Design Professional’s Work); and (ii) Client agrees to pay for the Work by paying Design Professional the compensation identified in Attachments 2 and 3 in the time and manner set forth in Attachment 1 (“Design Professional’s Compensation”).
