This Settlement Agreement is made and entered into this day of , 2021, by and between Plaintiff David Levy on behalf of himself and the Settlement Class (“Plaintiff”), on the one hand, and Defendants Dollar General Corporation; Dolgencorp, LLC; and DG Retail, LLC (collectively “Defendants” or “Dollar General”),1 on the other hand, subject to and conditioned on preliminary and final approval by the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Capitalized terms used herein are defined in Section 2 of this Agreement or indicated in parentheses elsewhere in this Agreement.
