Purchaser’s permanent ownership of the dog listed above is contingent upon compliance with this Spay/Neuter Agreement. PURCHASER agrees that the animal listed above must be spayed or neutered by a licensed veterinarian no later than 10 months of age for a Mini Bernedoodle puppy and 18 months of age for a Standard Size Bernedoodle puppy. PURCHASER agrees to provide SELLER with proof of the spay/neuter being performed no later than 14 days after the procedure has been completed. Proof of the spay/neuter procedure can be in the form of a Spay/Neuter Certificate or veterinary invoice showing that the procedure has been completed. The certificate or invoice must show the name of the animal as well as age, sex, color, and breed.
