THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT ARE DEFINED BY THE LAW AND INCLUDE UNIQUE PROVISIONS PERMITTING DISBURSEMENTS OF RENT PRIOR TO TENANCY AND EXPEDITED EVICTION OF TENANTS. MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO BE LEASEHOLDER.
