IN/AIF3/12-13/0016, organized and existing under the laws of India and registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) with respect to the schemes listed in Schedule 5 to this Agreement (each as “Scheme” together “Schemes”), hereinafter referred to as the “Subscriber” (which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, mean and include its successors and permitted assigns) of the FIRST PART;
