This Contract is made upon the signing of all parties by and between the City Commission of the City of Cocoa Beach, Florida, hereinafter referred to as the City, and Geosyntec Consultants, here after referred to as the Contractor, authorized to do business in the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, whose address is 6770 S Washington Avenue, Suite 3, Titusville, FL 32780. In consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the City and the Contractor agree that the Contractor will provide Stormwater Master Planning Service for the City of Cocoa Beach as more specifically set forth in Exhibit A, Scope of Services, of this Contract, attached hereto and by reference, made part hereof.
