This Agreement tolling the statute of limitations (“2017 Tolling Agreement”) for challenging the City of Fillmore’s denial of building permits to KB HOME Greater Los Angeles Inc., a California corporation (“KB”) is made and entered into this 25th day of April, 2017 (“Effective Date”) by and between City of Fillmore (“Fillmore”) and KB, referred to collectively as “Parties” and individually as a “Party.” The term “Party” includes the officers, employees and agents of the entity.
