THIS SECOND AMENDMENT (“Second Amendment”), dated as of March 2, 2016, is entered into by and among RE Garland LLC and RE Garland A LLC, companies organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (collectively, the "Interconnection Customer" with a Large Generating Facility), Southern California Edison Company (“SCE”) as the Participating TO, a California corporation, and the California Independent System Operator Corporation, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (“the CAISO”). Interconnection Customer, SCE and the CAISO may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
