This Agreement together with all materials referenced herein is a legal agreement and is made and entered into by and between the Kitchener Waterloo Association of REALTORS® (“KWAR”), a corporation incorporated pursuant to the laws of the Province of Ontario, and (“IDX Data Subscriber”) and if applicable, Market Leader, Inc (“Third Party Service Provider”).
