This License Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions between you as licensee (herein "You" or "Licensee") and Blue Sky Stock Footage ("BSSF") as Licensor. This Agreement may not be copied, modified or amended in any way without the written consent of BSSF. You will be required to click to indicate acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below and this Agreement before you may purchase a license to any RM Footage from the website and BSSF and such acceptance shall form a binding agreement between you and BSSF. You should also read our Privacy Policy that describes how we use your personal data/information.
