This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is effective this 1st day of July, 2023 between Wor-Wic Community College (“WWCC”), located at 32000 Campus Drive, Salisbury, Maryland, 20184 and Salisbury University (“SU”), a constituent institution of the University System of Maryland, an agency of the State of Maryland, located at 1101 Camden Ave, Salisbury, Maryland, 21801 (collectively the “Parties” or “Institutions”).
