This Contract is between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (Department), an agency of the State of Florida and Herc Rentals, Inc. (Contractor) at P.O. Box 650280, Dallas, Texas 75265-0280, collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” This contract covers Industrial Equipment and Tool Rental let by the State of North Carolina, County of Mecklenburg, City of Charlotte for use by state agencies and other entities, as permitted by their own laws, ordinances or rules, located in the Participating State/Entity authorized by that state’s statutes to utilize state/entity contracts with the prior approval of the State’s Chief Procurement Official.
