This contract consists of these General Terms and Conditions, the cover page(s) to which these General Terms and Conditions are attached (“Cover Page”), and any referenced attachments (collectively, this “Contract”). If there is a conflict between these General Terms and Conditions and any other part of this Contract, these General Terms and Conditions will control unless and only to the extent the other part of this Contract specifically provides that a term or condition supersedes a specific term or condition in these General Terms and Conditions.
