Sealund, as Trustee of North Triangle Realty Trust, under a declaration of trust dated May 15, 1987 and recorded with the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds in Book 7704, Page 305, having an address at 794 Washington Street, Pembroke, MA 02359, and its successors and assigns ("Project Sponsor").
