That the City Council consider the attached Donor Agreement to be entered into between the Santa Rosa County School Board and the City of Gulf Breeze, along with the Quit Clam Deed contemplated by the Donor Agreement. Through the Quit Claim Deed, the School Board will convey a Stormwater Retention pond to the City of Gulf Breeze pursuant to the terms of the Donor Agreement.
