This Appraiser Services Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be effective as of the Effective Date between Dawson Appraisal, Inc. (“AMC”) and the real estate appraiser executing this Agreement and, if applicable, the appraisal firm with whom the appraiser is affiliated. The appraiser and, if applicable, both the appraiser and the appraiser's affiliated appraisal firm are referred as “Appraiser” in this Agreement. AMC and Appraiser are collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
