This Interlocal Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on this day of 2019 by and between the CITY OF GARLAND (“Garland”) and CITY OF MESQUITE (“Mesquite”), Texas home-rule municipalities (collectively, the “System Owners”), and the CITY OF SACHSE, (“Sachse”) a Texas home-rule municipality. System Owners and Sachse may be collectively referred to as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”.
