This is a three-year collective bargaining agreement with the Ashland Police Association. The previous contract expired June 30, 2023; members of the Association have been working under the terms of that agreement, with no adjustments since that time. The pay adjustments proposed in the new contract would be retroactive to July 1, 2023.
