As used in this Agreement, the terms “Bank,” "we," "us," and "our" refer to Bankwell Bank. The terms "you" or "your" refer to the personal or business account holder(s) authorized by the Bank to use the Service, all persons authorized to sign on the account holder’s deposit accounts, and anyone else who uses the Service with the permission of the account holder(s). By using the Service, you agree to, and acknowledge that you have read and understand, the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
