The general purpose of this Agreement is to establish mutually satisfactory relations between the Company, its employees and the Union, and to maintain a high standard of service in the Hotel, and to provide machinery for the prompt and equitable disposition of grievances, and to establish and maintain mutually satisfactory conditions, benefits, hours of and wages for employees who are subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
