General Conditions applicable to the Personnel Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) entered into by and between the United Nations Development Programme (hereinafter referred to as “UNDP”), a subsidiary organ of the United Nations, an international organization established by treaty, and the individual indicated in Block 1 of the Face Sheet (hereinafter referred to as the “PSA Holder”). UNDP and the PSA Holder shall be hereinafter referred to, individually, as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties”.
