This Memorandum of Understanding (this "MOU" or this "Agreement") is entered into this day of , 2023 (“Effective Date”) by and between the Town of Palmer Lake, Colorado ("Town") and the Palmer Lake Restoration Project, Inc., dba Awake the Lake, a Colorado non-profit corporation ("ATL") (collectively, the "Parties").
