2018, by and between JAMES CITY COUNTY, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (the “County”), WILLIAMSBURG AREA TRANSIT AUTHORITY, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (“WATA”) and the successor in interest to the James City County Transit Company, a Virginia corporation, (WATA and the County are collectively called, the “Lessor”), and THE COLONIAL WILLIAMSBURG FOUNDATION, a Virginia non-stock, non-profit corporation (the “Lessee”) and all the parties to this Lease collectively the “Parties”.
