THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 1st day of July, 2021, by and between NAPA COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to as "COUNTY," and SUREADHERE MOBILE TECHNOLOGY, INC. whose business address is 4445 Eastgate Mall, Suite 200, San Diego, CA 92121, hereinafter referred to as "CONTRACTOR.” CONTRACTOR may be referred to below collectively as “Parties” and individually as “Party.”
