The initial term of the Agreement shall be for the term set forth on Exhibit A or the duration of the term of any data Services, as defined below, purchased by Customer at execution of this Agreement or subsequent thereto whichever is greater (“Term”). The effective date of this Agreement shall be the date the last party signs this Agreement (“Effective Date”). This Agreement shall be renewed automatically upon the expiration of the Term for successive terms and successive terms shall be for the period of time set forth in the definition of Term in Exhibit A to this Agreement, unless either party notifies the other party in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Term or respective term.
