These AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS constitute an agreement (the “Agreement”) between you (“you” or the “Affiliate”), on the one hand, and SKRILL USA, INC., a Delaware corporation with a business address of 100 N Biscayne Blvd., Suite 2120, Miami, Florida 33132 (“Skrill USA”), on the other hand. For purposes of this Agreement, each of Affiliate and Skrill USA is a “Party” and, collectively, constitute the “Parties”.
