This agreement applies to all users of the ZenPay payment service who have been approved to accept Visa and Mastercard transactions and who process more than $1,000,000 per Card Scheme per annum. This agreement is made between (1) you, the merchant; (2) Global Payments Australia 1 Pty Ltd (GPA); and (3) ZenPay, the Payment Facilitator (PayFac).
