THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (“MOU”), is made and entered into as of June 1, 2023, by and between the City and County of San Francisco (“City”), acting by and through its Department of Public Health (“Department”) and the San Francisco General Hospital Foundation, a California non-profit public benefit corporation (“Foundation”) for the benefit of the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital (“ZSFG”). On May 2, 2023, the San Francisco Health Commission (“Commission”) approved this MOU with the adoption of Resolution No. 23-3. On July 18, 2023, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors approved this MOU with the adoption of Resolution No. 362-23 / File No.230674.
