This End User Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding agreement between Starkey Laboratories, Inc. (“Starkey”, “we”, “us” or “our”), and the person (“User”, “you” or “your”) downloading, installing or using the Hear Share mobile device application (“App”). This Agreement governs your use of the App. By accessing, installing or using the App, you agree to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions herein, you may not use the App.
