This Agreement is entered into pursuant to and in accordance with the Business Debit Card Application (the “Application”) submitted to Jefferson Bank by Owner, which Application is incorporated into and made a part of this Agreement; and this Agreement is made in consideration of the issuance by Jefferson Bank of Business Debit Card(s) in accordance with the Application and this Agreement.
