This Agreement will govern all purchases of Notes (as defined below) that you make from the Fund. Please carefully read this Agreement and print and retain a copy of this Agreement for your records. The Notes (as defined below) will be issued pursuant to an Indenture, dated as of March 13, 2020 (as the same may be as amended or supplemented, the “Indenture”), duly executed and delivered by the Fund and Delaware Trust Company, a Delaware-chartered trust company, as trustee (the “Trustee”), to which Indenture and all indentures supplemental thereto reference is hereby made for a description of the rights, duties and immunities thereunder of the Trustee and the rights thereunder of the holders of the Notes. The Notes are subject to, and qualified by, all such terms, and holders are referred to the Indenture for a statement of such terms.
