This MOU memorializes the agreement by and between AEA and APS (“Parties”) with respect to the collective bargaining agreement between them, which is currently effective July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2020 (“Master Agreement”). Whereas the current Master Agreement is due to expire on June 30, 2020, and whereas the Parties have a mutual interest in extending the current contract through June 30, 2022.
