University of Cumbria Library Access Agreement APPLICATION FORM The Scheme allows students enrolled at Lancaster & Morecambe College on approved HE level courses to use the library services at the University of Cumbria. Membership of the Scheme also extends to staff of the College. Membership of the Scheme does not extend to use of library services at any other campus of the University Please complete both parts of this form and return it to Lancaster & Morecambe College library
