This Contract is entered into by and between the Board of Education (hereinafter “Board”) of the Comstock Public Schools District (hereinafter "District") and Dr. Jeff Thoenes (hereinafter "Administrator"). The Board in accordance with its action found in the minutes of its meeting held on the 15th day of May, 2018, hereby employs Dr. Jeff Thoenes for a three (3) year period commencing on July 1, 2018 and ending on June 30, 2021, according to the following terms and conditions.
