This letter agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms of your continued employment as Chief Medical Officer (“CMO”) of Flexion Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”). This Agreement will become effective upon your acceptance by executing this Agreement and returning the executed Agreement to me.
