Each individual licensee understands and accepts that they themselves are directly responsible and personally liable for the lawful operation of any equipment used and the proper communications spoken or passed, made personally or by any family member operating under their license, when using a Big Bend GMRS repeater. Use of a GMRS repeater is a privilege. Improper Use includes any business or commercial activity, inappropriate or unprofessional conduct, defamation, or harassment of any kind. Unlawful Use pertains to any violation of FCC rules and regulations under GMRS Part 95 service.
