This Fourth Amended and Restated Employment Contract for Services as General Manager (“Contract”) is made and entered into by and between the SOUTH COAST WATER DISTRICT (“District”), a California County Water District, and Rick Shintaku (“Employee”). District and Employee may be individually referred to herein as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”.
