POLICE DEPARTMENT is entered by and between Ada County, a duly formed and existing county pursuant to the laws and Constitution of the State of Idaho, (“County”), and the City of Meridian, a municipal corporation duly formed and existing pursuant to Idaho law, by and through the Meridian Police Department (herein referred to as “Licensee”) for a license to use a portion of real property described below and referred to as the "Work Space." County and Licensee may be referred to collectively as the “Parties.”
